The quality of relationships is a key indicator of OVERALL well-being: psychological, physical, and spiritual.
“People who have negative, abusive relationships tend to have some kind of health problem, and people who have mental disorders or spiritual disconnections tend to have negative, abusive relationships.” In particular, a healthy marriage relationship is of the utmost importance. Your inner circle – and the health of this relationship determines the vibes you’re surrounded by each and every day.
While mainstream medicine doesn’t always take account of how an unhealthy relationship can negatively impact health, most alternative healthcare providers believe that a destructive marriage will eventually destroy the health of the individuals.
